Here’s how it works…
Cleanse: The technician first begins by cleansing the skin. This is done to ensure that any traces of dirt, oil, makeup, or sunscreen is removed.
Polish: After the cleanse is complete, we use our diamond tip microdermabrasion wand. This step gently polishes and removes the buildup of superficial skin cells. Think of it like cleaning your house- would you mop your floors without vacuuming first? This step clears surface skin cells so the next step can clarify and exfoliate even more efficiently.
Exfoliate: Next, a blend of gentle chemical exfoliants is applied to prepare the skin for a gentle chemical peel. A blend of glycolic and salicylic exfoliate acids loosen any remaining surface skin cells and deep clean the pores. Finally, gentle suction and a blend of Beta hydroxy acids (BHA’s for short) wash away dead skin cells and blackheads – this part is definitely the most satisfying!
Rejuvenate: Now it’s time for Laser Genesis. This step is what truly puts the treatment in a league of its own. This warm gentle laser feels like you are relaxing in the sun. It’s so comfortable some of our patients even fall asleep! But don’t let that fool you, it reaches deep into the skin to stimulate collagen and elastin and helps reduce redness leaving skin feeling plump and rejuvenated.
Infuse: Finally, we infuse a cocktail of antioxidants, helping to hydrate and boost the skin, giving it the perfect glow.
