Facial & Laser Cards are issued in $300 increments and expire December 31, 2028. Prepaid injectable package value must be redeemed by December 31, 2027. Treatments are subject to consultation, medical assessment and individual eligibility. Every package purchased receives one entry into the Grand Prize Draw.
