Dr. O’Malley is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada with more than 20 years experience practicing dermatology in the Hamilton and Burlington areas. She graduated cum laude from medical school at the University of Western Ontario and completed her dermatology residency at the University of Toronto. The focus of her practice is on medical dermatology, including diseases of the skin and skin cancer. Her clinical work also includes a multidisciplinary clinic at McMaster University Medical Centre diagnosing and treating children with vascular birthmarks. She does volunteer work seeing dermatology patients at ‘Refuge’ (Hamilton Centre for Newcomer Health).
Dr. O'Malley is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Michael G DeGroote School of Medicine, McMaster University and enjoys clinical research as well as teaching and mentoring medical students and residents. She is a member of the Canadian Dermatology Association, Toronto Dermatological Society, Ontario Medical Association, and Canadian Medical Association.
